I ordered bánh mì bò kho but besides onions 🧅 and beefs there no other veggie like carrots 🥕 ect. Yummy soup bò kho.
Little hole in the wall, mom-and-pop-shop kind of place. Lol it's super random here, there's an ATM inside and you can play the lotto.
I ordered banh khot and canh bun. Husband ordered their beef pho. His pho noodles were over boiled and started to break into pieces as he ate, so that's one downside to his meal. He thinks the broth had good flavor though. My canh bun and banh khot were delicious!
I noticed my chopsticks were a little dirty, like it was kind of sticky. Like they had a film on it, not sure if it makes sense. They do keep their utensils out on the table so maybe it's just been sitting there a while?
Got pork banh mi and almond cookies. Banh mi was excellent, bread was so tender and so crisp. Excellent pork filling and pickles. Forgot cash and a person inside offered to cover me; 5/5.
Came in for lunch. Our crew got a couple sandwiches and canh bun. So godamn good. I would go back here if I lived in town. Flavors are huge and the food tastes like it's home cooked. High recommend here.
I should have taken pictures of the food, but we wolfed it down so quickly, there wasn't time. We tried their banh mi, which is good, but skimps on the protein. I get it. Inflation. The real star was their shrimp crepe. Get these (get the large order, for Pete's sake) and a beer. You'll be so happy. These are little gems of crispy goodness. You'll be thrilled. Go. Eat. Tip generously. Thank me later.
Food is flavourful and decorated + packaged well. Texture was good for every part of the meal, and the prices are also fair for the quality, portion, and authentically home cooked experience.
Hole in the wall mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant. If you’re looking for great Banh mi and authentic Vietnamese soups. This place is it.
Classic small shop vibes, AMAZING Bánh Mì Ðąc Bięt. Can't wait to bring all my friends!! Had a great taro bubble tea with my meal!
